AAA TERMITE & PEST CONTROL

Took care of our ant problem. Always on time and quick to come.

The ant infestation was taken care of with one visit. AAA Termite and Pest Control was 100% effective! If a "bug problem" occurs again, we'll definitely call AAA Termite & Pest Control again!

The service was not performed as specified. It was raining when "dave" arrived and I questioned whether he could do the service in the rain and he said as long as it wasn't a "soaking or pouring" rain it would work. He sprayed some of the areas in the kitchen where the ants were visable but did not spray others. I was asking him questions as he went and I did see him go into each room and in the basement. I saw him walk around the perimeter of the house "supposedly spraying". I asked if the garage was included and he said yes he could do the garage. He sprayed one side and the back of the garage from the outside but said there was too much stuff inside the garage to spray inside. I asked some more questions about the guarantee and how long to wait for drying time, I paid him and he left. As I was walking around checking the floor I noticed alot of wet spots which concerned me as the treatment was supposed to have been a baseboard treatment, I also have two cats which I was worried about with the the liquid. I then began to check the other rooms only to discover none of them had been done even though I watched him go in and out of each room. I went into the basement and checked the rooms especially a closet I specifically asked him to spray and they had not been done as well. I had two kids home during the treatment and I asked if their rooms had been sprayed. One son said no he opened the door and shut the door but never came into his room. My other son said he thought he was spraying half of his room but didn't spray the other half. I did not find any spray residue inside or outside of the house other than on the floor and the bottom of the walls in the kitchen, some of the hallway, and the bathroom. The bathroom floor was soaked in some spots but he did't do around the stool or under the bathroom sink which was an off the floor cabinet. I was very angry to say the least. I immediately put a stop payment on the check and contacted the better business bureau to file a complaint. I have now joined Angie's list but only wish I had done so sooner and this incident could have been avoided.
