Gave an estimate to replace a bay window. Two month later finally got a hold of them and they now claim they can not get that size window. We now have a hole in the window trim form them and no repair or new window.

"Steve, I understand your disappointment and apologize for any inconvenience, but I can not control what size window they will make or the timeframe they take to inform me they can't. All I can do is return your deposit. I had forgot about the hole in your trim but send me a copy of the repair bill and I will reimburse you for that as well. I wish you had called me as I asked but since you chose to post here I will answer you here. Feel free to call me with questions."
