Hired Tittle to come out and replace and install a new sliding patio door. A kind gentleman came out to to do the job and notified me and my wife that there was rotting wood that needed to be replaced after he already removed the entire door and frame. He estimated it to be about $300 but after calling up his boss, Greg Tittle (the owner). He said that it would actually be an additional $600. We simply couldn?t afford that amount so we agreed to have the old door put back on over the phone with a lady named Chelsea who was very rude to my wife as they were discussing how to sort all of this out. The kind installer let us know that he couldn?t put the old door back on and instead placed a slab of plywood on the gaping hole in the back of our house. We were forced to allow them to do so as we have 3 small children living in the house and can?t have a giant hole exposing us to the climate outside. I highly recommend this roofing company! Chris was my salesman and stood by everything he spoke to me about in our initial meeting. The crew was so efficient, I was amazed at house fast my old roof was taken off and replaced. I have the best looking roof in the neighborhood! Wish I could give 100 stars to Tittle Brothers Construction!

The experience all the way around was fantastic I will be telling all my friends and family to use Tittle Brothers for their projects!

TL;DR. Had a roof installed in August 2023. Sub par install and poor communication. Here is my experience with the Tittle Brothers. Large crew shows up to replace the roof. Anything in the way they will rip off the roof including down spouts. My down spouts easily come apart with screws so that I can clean them out. Well they just used a hammer and ripped them off the siding leaving a hole in the aluminum siding and the brackets unusable. They completed in a few hours. Later in the day my spouse said that house really stinks. I just figured it was from the new materials. Nope it was one of the sewer stacks that was pulled out of one of the rubber drain couplers. I was able to get the sewer stack in place but then went up on the roof and there was about an 1 inch gap because the boot on the roof was in the wrong location. Then I started looking around the roof and that is when I found missing flashing and exposed nails. Well I guess part of the process is they have an internal inspector/repair person that comes out after to actually complete the job. So I literally had holes in my roof until that person came out. The inspector/repair person is a nice person and tells about how much experience they has every time they have been out but that's not who actually does the roof nor is there when the roof is being done. I had to have them out multiple times as I kept finding cut shingles and exposed nails. The inspector/repair person acted like they were doing me a favor when repairing these things. I can not recommend them.

The crew was amazing polite professional and hard working. The sales guy was very nice and showed me the product and explained exactly what would be done gave me options and even offered financing so I could get my roof done right away rather than having to wait until next year I would use them again and highly recommend them.
