     We found Davis Inspection Services here at AngiesList.com and decided to hire them for a house inspection prior to purchasing.  Mr. Davis was very courteous, polite and very honest with his findings.  His wife Kathy was also very polite and courteous and prompt with helping us schedule an appointment for the inspection.  Mr. Davis was thorough and took the necessary time to do the inspection.  He was not in a rush and showed his professionalism in taking care not to miss anything-even things we would have never thought of.  He explained what he had found in terms that we could understand and the potential issues that could arise or already existed.  Mr. Davis home inspections experience for over 35 years along with his firefighting experience proved to be quite an aid in his assessment of the home we were considering buying.  Through his knowledge Mr. Davis has potentially saved us countless dollars in additional repair costs due to his thorough and upfront/honest report of the home in question.  We cannot express enough gratitude for Mr. Davis expertise, his truthfulness and for his Professional work.  We highly recommend Mr. Davis and we would not hesitate to hire him again.

Contacted Robin via e-mail and received a phone call from her the next morning.  She set up our initial meeting for a few business days later.  She actively showed me homes for a month until I found the home I was interested in.  She stayed late into the evening to make an offer on this home which we thought would be bought quickly.  When the offer fell through, she was again back to actively showing me more homes for another month.  When the offer was accepted for my current home, she was informed of an issue with the title.  Robin worked diligently to ensure the selling agent was working to resolve the issue with the sellers promptly.

As the ratings indicate, Robin did not have perfect punctuality.  I feel this is caused by her truly treating each client as her top priority.
