Don't trust. Was looking for a small business to do vehicle repairs instead of the dealer. Took my cargo van to this repair facility for loud clunking in rear. I was going out of town and didn't need vehicle for 3 days. I was quoted a price of $600 something (don't remember exact amount). I agreed to the price for repairs. Left vehicle and key with them. I got home and realized I was given no paperwork to prove that they even had my vehicle. That is something I always do but had a lot on my mind as I was preparing to leave town. When I brought this up at pick up I was told they only give proof that you left the vehicle if you ask during drop off. Not good. When I returned to pick up the vehicle I was told the charge was $800 something. About $200 more than originally quoted (verbally of course). Girl at counter said it was more work than they had anticipated so I had to pay extra. I protested and she immediately gave me a lower figure of $730.74. I don't know where that figure came from. I was now so ****** off that I just wanted out so I agreed to pay. I am a grandparent who is taking care of two very young grandsons and my life is pretty hectic. I don't need to deal with people who fail to keep their word. Will not return! Also there was black dirt/grease smeared on the interior of my clean light grey driver's door that definitely wasn't there when dropped off (see photo). Won't be going back to "Good Care Auto Repair

I have used them for three or four years. They are very honest and reasonable. A neighbor referred them to us and I usually can get in right away. They are very reliable and my car is done when they say it will be done. It never costs more than they say it will.

They are fair as far as price. I had checked around in couple other places and they are good about getting the work done in a timely fashion and makes sure that it is done properly so that I don't have to bring it back again. I have problem with the people in their office but other than that their service is good.
