"We wanted to fix your leak, we were ready to fix your leak. We fix leaks literally everyday. However, we can't fix a leak that the homeowner doesn't want us to fix, and, that was the case here. We were called out about a leak in a basement. We traced it from a second story bathroom to a line behind a pantry. Shelving and drywall needed to be removed to access the leak. After some thought, the homeowner decided to do that work himself and said he would call us back when he's ready. And, that's fine with us. We understand wanting to do some of the work yourself and saving some money. And, we will still come out and fix the leak if that's what's decided. Because as I said, we fix leaks. We fix leaks everyday."

You are not charged for two servicemen. You are still charged at our time plus material rate, or, the installation rate quoted.
