Took my 15 year old Simplicity vacuum in for repairs - tech fixed it in minutes for less than $10. That's some true customer service and appreciation. Would definitely consider these folks for any purchase or repair. They obviously stand behind their reputation and product line.

Their prices have always been fair. They have top quality models. Beside the vacuum cleaners, they have carpet cleaners as well. They are very personable. My overall experience with them was excellent.
