They came at the scheduled time. Sprayed all floor surfaces. The young man was polite and courteous. We had to leave the house for a few hours. So far, no fleas!

My daughter stayed in a hotel and came home with a bedbug.  We only saw one, but I didn't want to take any chances so we did some research online.  There was a very good website and they told how to choose a pest control company.  All-Season ticked all the boxes for a company to hire.  They answered all my questions, gave me a list of things to do to prep before the visit and set up an appointment within a few days.  When Larry came out, he thoroughly inspected the one bedroom we felt might be infected.  He didn't find any more bugs, thankfully, and he looked really well.  He sprayed all the cracks and crevices, and furniture and also steam treated the mattress and our couch and chair.  I feel very confident in that fact that we won't see any more bugs.  The key is early detection and treatment.  The cost of the service was fair, but it is expensive.  The difference is that All Season has technicians that have been doing this a long time and know their stuff.  I felt like if I went with a chain I might be getting some guy they hired off the street and knows how to use a sprayer.  With All Season, I felt like I was getting a professional.  He was on time, did a great job, and reassured us that there was a light at the end of the bedbug tunnel.

Wasps were getting into my condo from somewhere.  A nest wasn't obvious, but Tim took the time to thoroughly go through my home to find where they were coming in. He inspected the exterior walls and found a nest under a bush/up against my exterior wall, but still couldn't understand how they were getting in.  He then inspected the basement, the attic, the windows (both inside and out) and went on the roof.  He was determined to find out how they were getting in and assured me that he would not stop until he figured it out because living with bees in your home is just unacceptable.  He finally figured out they were coming in through a small gap in the corner of my door.  He sealed the gap, and I have no more wasps!  Just to finish them off, he sprayed the nest he did find, and all around the outside of my condo.  He was excellent to work with, well-spoken, educated about pests, and was reassuring that he would take care of the problem, and he did!

My husband had about 15 bites on the back of his legs.  After going to the hospital and a couple of other professionals, the bites were diagnosed as  "bed bug" bites.  We were shocked and thought that it could have been the nursing home my husband was in for "respite care" about a month earlier.  I was afraid they were transmitted to our home. SO, I looked up a Pest Control person on Angie's list as I do for all our needs.  We like to shop locally so I designated our zip code and one company responded, All Seasons Pest Control".  With all "A's" I knew I couldn't go wrong.  Tim Gamble came in the door, addressed me by name, and said, "Ann, if I can't find a bed bug, I won't have to cleanse your home." He just wanted me to be sure he was honest because he was in this business 28 years and when he started his business it was because the pest control people his first worked for were dishonest and they would still charge for a full cleaning even if there wasn't a bug.  SO, Tim went to work. (we had done what his company suggested and took all our clothes out of our drawers and closets and put them into the dryer and bagged them up - apparently high heat kills bed bugs)  He worked non-stop for two  hours, turning everything upside down, inside out, etc., even checking my husband's chair he sits in the living room and also the seat he sits on in the car.  After two hours, Tim said confidently, "Ann, you don't even have one bug in your house."  He just kept asking us where we had been the last few days (he said if any bugs came from the nursing home a month previous there would be hundreds of bugs as a bed bug lays two eggs a day - do the math - there could be a thousand bed bugs in our house.)  He didn't find one bug. We were relieved.  We now believe my husband got bit in a movie theater we went to a few nights before.
Tim was very enthusiastic and enjoys his work as a bug guy and feels that God has blessed him with the ability to find and clear out pests.  Tim educated us about bed bugs and made us aware of how they are transmitted.  His visit was actually fun because Tim was a very happy and wonderful teacher and a dedicated and very knowledgeable "bug man".  He was worth the $150 to give us the peace of mind AND I have the knowledge that all our clothes are clean and our house is clean.

One time and they were gone .

Tim did a very thorough job spraying for wasps.  Good guy + good work!  No more wasps!

I contacted All Seasons Pest Control for an estimate of my house perimiter and was pleasantly surprised. They were about half of what Scotts charged and came with a 6 month guarantee. I was able to complete my transaction on the phone and received a call the day before the service call to confirm my appointment. I work nights so it is important to me that I do not need to be present during the day and I was not disturbed during the application. When I  reviewed the work order, I saw that it included the garage, something that I did not realize was included in the quote. So far, I have seen a few dead bugs, nothing moving. I am very pleased, even though I didn't realize there was a senior discount and didn't inquire about it. Still a bargain. Will update this review if needed.

He was prompt and well prepared. He explained what he was doing and why. Haven't seen a spider since his visit two months ago.

From first calling their office, to the date personnel arrived on scene, they were very easy to deal with.  No problems getting pricing, details, etc. - when calling to inquire initially.  Personnel on scene were good - maybe a little cavalier in their initial approach, but no problem whatsoever - when it came time to get the job done.  Very direct, easy to deal with and clear with good explanations of problem and required solution.

It took a little less than a month and then the rats seemed to be gone.  We kept the bait boxes, per the agreement - fortunately or unfortunately.  They take up a little bit of space in your shed, etc., but nothing major league.

Very good experience, cost was low and they were professional.  Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We really like a company that stands by their work. These men guaranteed us that no wasps would come back or if they did, they would come out and spray again free of charge, and they were right the wasps returned. We didn t have a contract but are thinking of getting one in the future with them.
