Every contact I had with Ace and Sons was positive. Every single person, on the phone or the crews themselves, were kind and helpful. They did a great job, and cared about getting it done correctly. Rodney, Kevin, and Dave insulated my house and worked quickly and continuously, and then double-checked with me. A small issue arose after they left, and Curtis, Dale, and Dave came back to my house to take care of it. Curtis also used the infrared reader to check my house for cold spots. I'm all good! Great thanks to Ace and Sons for their excellent work!

Went well. I had an issue with some of the insulation breaking off in a couple areas. They were very responsive in coming back to fix the issue.

We hired Ace & Sons to add insulation to our attic. When we were getting the estimate they also noticed we did not have the proper vents and our bathroom fan was being vented to the attic instead of outside. Their estimate came in among the higher ones, but we felt that they were the most professional and seemed to have the most expertise. They were booking a few weeks out and were very easy to schedule and get in touch with. They came exactly when they said and cleaned up well. It was a great experience and we always recommend them to our friends and family.

All the workers were professional. kept me informed as to what was Happening and why. They cleaned up afterwards. Very happy with this crew.

From the first phone call to sales person who came out to the the installer to the follow up, One of the most professional companies i have ever dealt with. Honest, pricing was fair and service was perfect. Definitely "best in class"

The company did not stand behind their work. When I called the company a year later to file a complaint they were rude and said it was not their fault. Drill holes were left in the walls of my home and not sealed with cement. This allowed bugs to enter which I never had before. The service man was rude, ACourt, and said if I had an issue to have my attorney contact their attorney When I filled out a survey on Facebook they attacked my character and blocked me from making any further comments. I guess they don’t like constructive criticism .

Ace & Sons completed the installation of blown cellulose insulation in my attic. I was very impressed with the efficiency of the crew as they completed the job within 4 hours during a very cold January day with poor road conditions.

The project went very well. The crew arrived promptly in the morning, introduced themselves and explained what was going to happen & how it was to be done. All the techs were very friendly and courteous. I was very impressed. When they were done everything was cleaned up. I would most definitely use this company again!

Ace and Sons did a great job handling our insulation of our walls and attic. The team was very professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needed their services.

The person who came out to give me an estimate was an owner of the company and impressed me very much with his knowledge and what he was proposing. I got an estimate from another company and that person was not nearly as professional and the cost was almost twice what Ace proposed. When the company came to insulate the attic, they noted that I had black mold in the attic which needed to be attended to prior to the insulation or the lifetime guarantee of the insulation would be voided. They don't do mold treatments so I got somebody by myself to do the work. After 2 weeks for that to work, Ace came again an installed baffles and insulation. They cleaned up well. I did not want to go into the attic to check their work, although they invited me to do so, but they took pictures to show me that the work was done as promised. Within a week, I received paper work from Ace so I could apply for a rebate from Consumers' Energy. Overall, I was very satisfied with the entire process, from original estimate to completion of the work.

Sales representative show up at a convenient evening appointment. Without any pressure he presented the products and services, how installation would work, timing and pricing. The crew showed up on time on the appointed day. Everything they did was as it was explained. They took off aluminum siding to be able to blow insulation in and replaced it. You cannot tell which pieces they removed, no cracks, bends or scratches. They cut out cedar shake to blow in insulation on second floor and replaced them all and again you cannot tell which pieces they removed. The walls were completely without insulation and, as it is a 1920's home, the studs are real 2x4s, meaning the wall cavities are actually 4 inches versus narrower walls on newer homes. This resulted in a significant increase in the amount of cellulose needed yet we were not charged any additional costs. They worked non-stop for 5 hours to complete the job and when they left there was hardly a trace, the gardens, lawn and driveway were completely cleaned up. Their price was less than half the cost of foam insulation and better than other cellulose installers. They mailed me all the certificates for claiming rebates and tax credits for improving our energy efficiency. They also will come back this winter (when it's cold outside and warm inside) to do a free thermal imaging scan to ensure there are no cold spots, free of charge. It was worth doing research on product and installer options, Ace was a great choice.

When all was complete, the finished areas looked very well coated with the cellulose material. Have yet to really compare heat/cold insulation improvement with the current spring weather being in between extremes. The extra caulking work looks clean. When I turned on my attic fan recently, some material did come through my ceiling lights so hopefully just an first time thing. Professionally, to me they were great, very respectful and cleaned up 75% of the mess. I had to vacuum the remainder but no big deal. They could consider cleaning up their language a bit. I, personally, didn't care but others might and my neighbors might have.

Went well. Thought I would have gotten better results. Room is still very cold, but that does not necessarily have anything to do with the company, being there is not a heat vent in the addition.

Job went very well. Guys who came out (Mark, Ben and Dan) were friendly and cleaned up afterward. Could hardly tell they worked in the space and even cleaned up outside the house. Cellulose can be messy so appreciated that. Guys took care of a couple other small spots they felt needed it so that was great. Would have them out again in the future. Dan their sales rep was also good to work with.

Josh, Cameron, and Karl did an excellent job. They were very professional, polite, and they cleaned up both the inside and outside areas of my home when they were done. The holes that were drilled on the outside of my Detroit brick bungalow are virtually undetectable as they did a superb job filling them in. ( they even repaired the door to the milk shoot on the side of my home. I did not notice this until after they were gone). These gentlemen did an awesome job representing their company . They kept me informed as to what they were doing and why. They did what they promised, and I would highly recommend them.

They drilled those tiny holes and pumped in the insulation in the walls. It was worth it because our house was just very cold, and very hot in the summer. These houses weren't insulated quite right. We had enough in the roof but none in the walls. It was within the normal range, it wasn't too high. They actually do a scan to show you that your house is not losing heat and things like that or whatever. They do an infrared scan. I think that's what it's called. They did a nice job and they were very professional. This house is a brick house but we also have siding. So they had to take siding down and do it. They did a really nice job. I couldn't even tell where they did it in the mortar. So they were very conscious of how the house would present after the work. I would definitely use them again. We did recommend them to somebody.
