I made an on line appointment (after business hours) and Ryan called the next morning to confirm. That was great because I picked him from an on-line service that I had not used before. I trusted his existing reviews and I was not disappointed. Everything went as expected; Ryan did exactly what we needed, promptly and professionally. (We needed our old TV removed from a swivel wall mount and the new one mounted and set up.) I will use Ryan again. I recommend him without reservation. No complaints about price, either.
