 + -1 moreRichard Snead is a hardworking, sincere, nice person, but...after discussing with him what I wanted done and him agreeing that he could do it, he started on Oct 1. Came back on Oct. 3, continued on Oct. 8, then Oct. 15, Oct. 19 and "finished" on Oct. 22 (about 25 hours total). My painter came in and said that the job was far from finished so I got two quotes to fix the job, one for $400 and one for $500! According to the new drywall tradesman, there were many area where there was not enough mud applied and many, many areas that were not sanded or "skim-coated" to finish. Richard worked hard when he was here and volunteered to come back to "fix anything", but it seems obvious that this kind of work is not his expertise, so I did not call him. It should be said that his estimate was $300 but because he put in SO much time, I gave him an extra $100, BEFORE I had his work evaluated.
Description of Work: 3 car garage, already drywalled, needed taping and mudding to prepare for painting.
