Our water line burst in the middle of the winter and the City was insistent it be fixed quickly. Aaron came out right away and worked with the City to allow for a planned job. Noah coordinated the costs with my Insurance company to have the job completely covered. They even salted the sidewalk after the job to ensure there was no ice buildup. Couldn't be happier.

George was very professional from beginning to end. He took the time to listen to my concerns and was very thorough in making sure my plumbing problem was resolved. Very unprofessional people and be aware of their employees. Recently our insurance company hired them to fix our sewer drain. They came in with heavy machinery and worked for around 2 days. I work from home and have clear visibility from my home office room to our front yard and side yard. Our front yard has a privacy fence on the left and right sides of our yard, so it is cozy. On the second day of work, there were three people as usual, and the fat pervert guy who is the operator of the machine. At the end of the evening when the work finished and everyone left, I was looking at them and the work they did. He got down from his blue truck and walked towards my side yard and squeezed himself in the corner of my left side yard and peed onto my corner side wall and trees. He was not done yet, that shameless pervert had the nerve to continue using his hands to pleasure himself while watching a video on his phone. I could even see him correcting his earpiece falling from his ear. I wanted to shout or make a moment, but I was scared he would come back at me. I kept quiet and waited for him to leave. Please be advised not to use them if you have kids at home while they are working. I will never recommend these people to anybody. Very unprofessional and pathetic.

Prompt, honest, and knowledgeable

Noah was courteous and prompt. He provided me with a free quote and a 'worst case' price. I was able to schedule the work within a few days. The gentlemen who performed the work were also courteous and very tidy. They finished the job in less time than anticipated. I would recommend Royal Plumbing to anyone.

Plumbers did not even bring the camera to the job. Instead used a snake (confident that would fix the problem). Apparently the snake was not able to follow the drain to the sump pump, so did not clear the blockage. Additionally, they did not spend much time going both directions from the drain. I was able to remove some of the blockage with my shop vac after they left the job unfinished, so I am pretty sure they didn't give much effort. I never received an estimate and my problem is not fixed (or improved).

Very fast service, very reasonable rates. Put in a quality sump pump, not a $70 Home Depot special.
