My college age daughter took her two year old Compaq laptop to Nextwave because the battery would not hold a charge, and the screen was not working properly. Nextwave diagnosed the issue, recalled over a heating battery that fried a chip, and got the computer repaired in record time. They also provided all of the documentation to send the recalled battery back to the manufacturer.
