New Design Tile & Marble

We are very pleased with Adrian and his crew for the work they did in our home. Adrian was very punctual in returning calls/texts. He spoke well and explained what he would be doing. We told him to select Granite counter top (remnants) for the powder room. After the installation we didn't like it but he gladly replaced it with what we wanted. Any problems/concerns he was always there to fix and explaining why. He even helped us with the clean up of a metal gazebo that was all broken up due to the snow. Highly appreciate the help Adrian ! Definitely recommend !

Job was done by a crew of sometimes 5 guys very well organized. Everybody was an expert in his field and the team was working very well together. Some different pattern have been proposed in order to find the best design for the rooms. I had several other trades at the same time in the building and the team was able to coordinate the tile work quite well with the other trades. I am very please with the results and the craftsmanship. No detail was overseen.

We are extremely happy with the work Adrian and his crew did for us. He was very prompt at returning calls/texts, helpful in our selection process and the place looks great. His crew was very courteous and they cleaned everything completely when finished. We are planning to use this company again in the near future, very happy with how the project went.

Adrian and his Crew did an excellent and very professional Job. They where always on time, courtous and the clean up was just great. The rooms look beautiful, especially the bathroom with the accent border. It turned out above our expectations because they are very knowledgable and skilled with attention to detail. We will definitly use them again, they are great to work with. .

Overall we are pleased with the job. Adrian was easy to work with and understood the look we where trying to accomplish. He was prompt with his quote, returning calls and starting the job. He took care in preparing and protecting the areas surrounding the work site. We had selected glass tile that was tricky to install and there are a few small areas where it shows. He had a younger worker installing it and that may have been the reason. However when we pointed out trouble spots that we saw during the instillation he immediately corrected them. We would not hesitate to hire him again.

Adrian and his crew did a great job! We had two tile installers quote the job. New Design Tile was more affordable and available sooner. The original quote was porcelain tile in a straight pattern. Before they started, we switched to limestone tile in a versaille pattern. Adrian was very accommodating to the change with very little change in price. He completed the job in three days, showing up exactly when he said he would. The quality of the work is outstanding. The crew went above and beyond with their clean-up, hauling away every bit of debris. We would definitely use New Design tile in the future.

We are thrilled with the finished product. The v-cap trim was placed artfully and cut precisely on all counter edges and looks beautiful. Our floors are absolutely level now, and the floor and counter tile looks great. We are very impressed with the precision and attention to detail that was put into this job. Adrian Marion did wonderful work at our house. He is obviously a master of his craft.

The quality of their work is better from others. It looks really good. The staff is smart and knowledgeable and that kind of stuff.

Adrian was amazing! I am beyond ecstatic about the work that they did. They came in under budget and they had a lot of creative ideas and were great about my input. We designed everything together. He was flexible with some issues from my end. He was very fast. They were very clean and picked up after themselves. All in all, I couldn't imagine a better experience!!
