Ned's flooring

First time ever using Ned’s flooring and would definitely use them again. Had some flooring taken up and put down. I was very impressed by the knowledge and customer service of the employees. My floor looks amazing! Thanks Ned’s Flooring!!!

I had hardwood installed in my kitchen and carpet in teo bedrooms. They were very professional and made sure I was happy with the completed work!

Went great. They were responsive, professional, punctual, and I’m so very happy I didn’t try to do this myself. The whole process took 3 days, was messy but not as bad as I thought it would be. They took great precautions to keep the dust to a minimum by tenting plastic all around the work area. They also protected my kitchen cabinets with heavy cardboard. I would highly recommend them. I couldn’t be happier.

Pro: Ned the owner was extremely responsive and pleasant to work with throughout. He went beyond their usual responsibility and helped me get rid of the removal debris with a very reasonable price as well.  
Con: The crew did not clean up the work site very well the first time. But when I called Ned he came back the next day and tidied up the place thoroughly. Also it would have been appreciated if they had covered the other areas of my house more carefully so I don't have to deal with an excessive amount of dust in other rooms.

So far so good. They are literally in the middle of the project. They are very good. I emailed them on Sunday, they responded on Sunday, and they started on Tuesday. It has all been very efficient.
