It’s was a great experience. Mortgage center treated me like family, answered every question I had and went through all available options I had available to me. I responded quick to any requests they had and moved through the process very quickly! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing mortgage services!

It took them 4 months and 2 days to get to closing. it took another 2+ weeks to pay off most of the debts that were supposed to be taken care of. They have yet to pay off the remaining two debts and no one is giving me an answer as to where or when this going to happen. At this time it is over three weeks since i closed on the loan. We closed on 10-22-2020, it is now 11-12-2020,

They serviced my loan for several years then suddenly tacked on a 500 dollar charge for insurance that was not needed. Upon contacting them and showing proof of insurance the same of which i had for years they refused to refund my money and they really lack professionalism if your looking for a mortgage company look past this company.

The process with Mortgage Center was a very smooth one. The initial call took all of five minutes to gather information needed to quote a rate; they called back 10 minutes after that with first pass credit checks complete and put an application package in the mail that afternoon. The underwriting process took about 3 weeks and all documents were handled via mail; no in-person office appointments needed. They were good about returning calls and emails. On the day of closing, it took 15 minutes to sign the paperwork and I was done. The associate I worked with stopped by when I was in the office to say hello and thank me for my business. While the interest rates weren't the absolute lowest, they required no discount points and the closing costs were very reasonable. Definitely the smoothest process I've worked through for a mortgage refinance.
