Getting an appointment sometimes can take two days because they are quite busy. They have a nice lounge area if you have to wait for the car.

It's good because we can schedule an appointment. They are always on time. They have a nice waiting room area and they are fairly quick. They are probably a little bit pricier.

I worked with them before. They are very professional people. They are same as any other car sales people. They have very specialized dealership and have lot of specialized features for their customers. They have coffee, and all kind of drinks. They have a bar setup for pastries and other things for you to eat if you ever go to them. They have quality operation and people there are quality people.

I like them. I spent somewhere near a $100, the last time I used them. There are nice leather seats in the waiting room and you get coffee. They are overprices, but they are so nice that you don’t care. I decided to use them because I bought the car there and it is a very pleasant service atmosphere.

The service is incredible. The staff is friendly, they provide espresso, cookies, donuts, and other refreshments. They are totally customer oriented. If the service is going to take very long they will give you a brand new Lexus for as long as they have your car. They can also bring a loaner car to your home and take your car with them, and then they bring your car back and drive the loaner to the store.

This Lexus dealership is pretty good. They treat you well when you buy cars from them. I like the fact that if you have work done there to your car, you get a loaner. The prices are not cheap though for repairs and I would like to let others know that. I think that in general, there are some improvements that the company could make and they could stand to lower their prices a little but in general, they are okay.
