Jeff Weldon, the guy who managaes these properties, came out. I wanted to inquire to him about the different violations here. As of right now we have water in the basement. We have an electric box that is shooting current out of the box. When we had a lot of rain in the past couple weeks, the sewage and water finally flooded in the basement. We have been here for 8 months and have had problems ever since. We also have a banister on the front of my home that is wobbly. There is also an electrical box that is hanging open on the front of my home. The city has also came out in the past and told me that there are big rat holes all around the perimeter of the home as well. There are a lot of dangerous siuations that have arrose around here. It just isn't safe. I am and my daughter are disabled, and she has a one year old baby. When I first came here, I didn't notice the walls until it rained heavily. I then noticed the drip, and I had to pay someone to seal and drylock these walls. He is very passive and evades anything that you try and tell him. Whenever Jeff sends out his unqualified maintenance man, he always says that he is going to talk to Jeff, but I never hear anything back from either of them. Further more, for the last 8 months, every time I have gone to the main office, I have taken a list of complaints that need to be addressed as I have found them since I lived here. It just seems to be an endless cycle and I just want to live in a clean and safe enviornment.
