They are fast and friendly. They actually made a donation to the main society in memory of my dog with my dog's name. They are very friendly and light hearted. The office is pretty clean.

We always had a good experience with them and they open on Saturdays so we can always get in and see the vet when we call. They always try to work us in. I dint notice any smell, it seemed to be fine and it seemed to be well maintained and clean.

Everyone here is incredible. Great animal care, extremely familiar with their patients, treat everyone with respect and really love the animals and the work they do. I refuse to take my animals elsewhere.

We have gone there for many years now. Our dog had a lot of sneezing, her eyes watered, and she scratched. It can be bad in a dog. Not only can they give allergies, they can also get allergies. They get allergic to the grasses and that kind of stuff. I love Dr. Barnes, but they are a little bit on the pricey side. He is an excellent doctor. The trimming of the nails, the treatment of the doctor, the quality of work done have all been very good. They are very responsive if they have to get the doctor or if they have to get the dog in. If I have a problem, they are very good with that.

We really trust the Vet's there. We've been seeing them for about 12 years, and wouldn't go anywhere else. That's why I drive so far.

My experience with them was awesome. I paid around $70 for everything including the medicines. I would definitely use them again in the future if necessary.

Recently moved to the far east side of Indy (Cumberland). Used Angie's List (of course) to investigate new vet and groomer since our old one is on far west side (plus, we had heard our vet had moved out of state). We were able to get appointments in a reasonable time, and the staff was very open and helpful. The doctor(s) all seem to be professional and kind.
The best bonus of this find is the GROOMER! One of our dogs is a little high-strung (you might call and quot;nervousand quot;), and have had other groomers complain about her, even suggesting that we and quot;drugand quot; her before they would continue grooming. This groomer had no issues on the initial grooming (which is typically the hardest), and would not ever recommend drugging a dog for grooming. He must have and quot;a way,and quot; as they say, with problem pets (or maybe he was a dog in a previous life! ;-) Whatever his method, we're thrilled to have found him.

Both of our cats go to Mt. Comfort Animal Hospital because we adopted them from the Hancock County Humane Society and they were seen here while under care at the shelter. Even though I travel to this veterinarian from Irvington, passing other vets, I want to bring my business to Dr. Barnes because of his support of the shelter. Our cats have been seen by both Dr. Barnes and his associate Dr. Jordan. We have been happy with the care and service on every visit. The office staff are also friendly, professional and efficient.

I have been a client for years. Our family pet, Chandler, went there for 9 years, until we had to put him to sleep, and Dr. Barnes was always great with him. There is another Dr. on site as well, and my pets have seen her a few times, and she has been good too. Dr. Barnes knows how to put dogs at ease. Chandler used to be afraid, but he would always put him at ease. My other dog Dupree also seems to like him. Stella, the newest one hasn't seen him yet, she saw the other Dr., but she will when she needs her shots. The groomer, Matt, always does a great job. My dog Dupree always looks great, and they let me drop him off in the morning and pick him up in the evening which is great for my work schedule. The office staff is friendly, and they are really great about calling to remind you the day before of your appointments. There prices are reasonable compared to other vets. I originally took a Dupree to a vet closer to me when I first got him, and that vet was terrible and his prices were a lot higher. You can really tell that everyone there really cares about the animals.

We take her about three times a year. They do a good job and we will continue to use them in the future.

Dr. Barnes and his staff are extremely caring. He has been our vet for the past 12 years. When Oliver required attention there was never any hesitation on an immediate appointment. A couple of days following Oliver's euthanization, we received a sympathy card from Dr. Barnes and his staff. Then about a month later, we received a card from the Mt. Comfort Humane Society informing us that Dr. Barnes had made a cash donation in Oliver's name to the facility. We are very appreciative of this kind and caring gesture from Dr. Barnes and highly recommend him to others for the care of their pets.

Took my dog here for spaying as a puppy several years ago. Recently she had pregnancy symptoms so I took her in and was assured she was not pregnant (another $110.00) 2 weeks later, she gave birth to 5 puppies! I was shocked, angry, and appalled that such a mistake could have been performed. While I was always satisfied with the level of service here, I could not believe such a blatant error could have occurred. No logical explanation was given nor were any fees refunded. The clinic agreed to give shots to the new puppies of which I only took one as the other 4 new owners had their own vets. It was also offered to re-spay my dog but at that point I had lost confidence in them for such a procedure. I quietly walked away with my tail between my legs.

The staff and the doctor were great with my nervous cat and my curious 4 year old. The doctor was very friendly and explained everything he was doing. The staff even offered me a lint roller after the visit was over.

I arrived at the appointment about fifteen minutes early and they were able to get me back to a room right away. The service of shots and blood tests were preformed and I was out the door before my actual appointment was even scheduled for. Everyone in the office is always friendly and responsive both by phone and in person. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone!

The doctor is very nice and patient with nervous animals. Front office staff is kind and prompt. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for an appointment. I had one incident of the office staff giving the wrong strength of medication.

I WAS GREETED WARMLY AS SOON AS I CAME IN THE DOOR. I WAITED LESS THAN 5 MINUTES BEFORE I WAS SHOWN TO AN EXAM ROOM. THE VET TECH CAME IN RIGHT AWAY, AND TOLD ME THE VET WOULD BE RIGHT IN. I ONLY WAITED A FEW MINUTES BEFORE THE DR. CAME IN. THE VACCINE WAS GIVEN, THE BLOOD PULLED AND WE WERE DONE.
