We got completely burned on both lead times (multiple times) and on money - they kept my deposit because they made the product wrong. I am out of half the cost of the counter top and having to start over completely fresh, losing all the time I wasted with them and now need to find a new solution. Complete waste of time and money.

" Review Mr [Member Name Removed], I want to bring some clarification on your project, you order a coustom countertop that we come and made a templet for it (2 times) this is not a product of the shelf that you buy and after you decide that you don’t want it anymore, you receive a quote with all the specifications and you approve it by pay a deposit on it , if you change your mind on something you have to contact the office with any changes. Regarding the installation we provide you with an install date but you probably miss understood the date, I understood your frustration because the pressure of your contractor but we went over an above to change our schedule to come and install in the same day but you refuse it and told us that you gonna pick it up with your contractor the following week, We even offered you to take the installation fee off when you will pick it up. We went over and above to satisfy all our costumers, the same that we did for you. You are more than welcome to come and pick up your countertop that you ordered. "
