WE HAVE A WARRANTY ON THE TV AND IT WAS WELL WORTH THE MONEY. THEY CAME OUT AND DID THE JOB IN A TIMELY FASHION. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.

IT TOOK THEM A WEEK TO COME OUT TO LOOK AT IT, AND THEN THREE WEEKS TO FIX IT. WE ALSO HAD TO WAIT FOR THE PART TO COME IN WHICH TOOK ANOTHER WEEK. BY THE TIME THEY GOT IT DONE, I HAD NO STOVE FOR FOUR WEEKS.

THEY FIXED IT IN ABOUT THREE DAYS. I AM HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID FOR ME. I DID NOT HAVE TO BUY A NEW COMPUTER BECAUSE OF THEM. THEY SAVED ME A LOT OF MONEY.

THEY MESSED AROUND FOR THREE MONTHS. THEY KEPT SAYING THEY WERE COMING OUT TO FIX MY COMPUTER. THEY WOULD NEVER SHOW UP. WHEN THEY FINALLY CAME OUT THEY DID NOT EVEN FIX IT. THEY HAD TERRIBLE SERVICE.

WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY DIDN'T ACT LIKE THEY HAD ANY RECORD OF ME CALLING THEM. THEY HAD TO CALL THE PEOPLE THAT MADE THE STOVE TO COME AND FIX THE STOVE. I WOULDN'T SAY THAT I WOULDN'T GO BACK TO THEM.

THEY WERE A LITTLE BIT CONFUSED ON THE INFORMATION AS FAR AS GETTING THE REPLACEMENT PART. I TRIED CALLING, BUT GOT AN AUTOMATED SERVICE. I ENDED UP TAKING IT IN TO GET THE PART. THEY DID AN OKAY JOB. I AM NOT SURE IF I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
