"Regarding this specific job, Gardner Builders, Inc. was working with [edited out member name] to have pricing put together on rebuilding her deck as well as repairing the roof and overhang from pests getting into the home. [edited out member name]was requesting her deck to be re-built with a budget that would not allow such to take place. But despite this, the damage to her roof still needed to be completed to ensure the issue was fixed. She did not accept the quote to have her deck re-built and instead only wanted the roof to be repaired, which was done and no complaints were heard past the Owner's acceptance of the completed work. The time span for estimating was longer than typical for Gardner Builders, Inc. as a small business such as ours is at the discretion of subcontractors, lumber yards, and product distributors for their quotes on materials for jobs. This tied in with the fact that the quoting for [edited out member name] began during the busiest time of the year for our industry all played part in the time span for the quoting process.
