It was terrible. The technician did not know how to lift the blinds. I showed him how to lift the blinds correctly. I showed him that you have to hold the blinds to avoid the dead weight damaging the blinds. After he went to the next window, he disregarded all of my instructions. After a result, two of the blinds are jammed and now cannot be lifted. He also left two dirty screens in the guest bedroom without remounting them, which should be included in the job. When cleaning the windows outside, he was not reaching the top of the windows. I offered him a step ladder to help him reach the top of the window, which he declined. The receptionist was very rude when I called as I had not been getting return calls after two weeks. They stated that they were very busy and emailed me saying that someone would be out some time today. However we needed an appointment as we are busy people.

They left a little bit to be desired. We have used them for several years but the gentleman they typically sent is no longer with the company. I wasn't very happy with the new crew. They did a poor job. There were a couple of gutters that were not cleaned at all and they didn't blow off the roof. I had to do 10% of the job myself after I paid them. When I reached out to them about the lack of service, they apologized and I made it clear that if we used them again, I did not want that same crew.
