They fixed it. I think it took a little bit longer because they had to wait for a part to come in from a warehouse.  They did it right the first time and took care of it.  The write-up person was very responsive and helpful.

I fixed my tire there. It had a nail in it. It was covered under warranty so they did not charge me anything. This happened last month. Service is always good so I give them an 'A'. I would use them again.

It's all been good. I've been going to them for years. I bought my car from them and they service it. The work is usually done when they say it's going to be done. I don't have to wait to get it checked in. They always meet my expectations. I'm satisfied with them. They are convenient and close by. I never had an issue with them. I only had one bad issue but they fixed it up.

This is a new car that I bought in September, the navigation system was not working. I took it in and I do not think they tried to fix it. They drove it for 5 miles and said they could not verify the problem; they were unwilling to call the Ford tech hotline to verify. It was the second time I had taken it into them.

I am not too crazy about my wife's Ford Focus but Avis was great
during the purchase, and have been fair for scheduled maintenance of the car.
They are quick, professional, and the car is always ready when they say it
will be. Now if only Ford could sort out the crazy convoluted radio and
the kooky auto/manual tranny the car would be a true winner.

Since early 2013, service experience has deteriorated. I rarely reach a 'live body' when calling the service department. My car was recently recalled for a safety issue. After finally reaching the recall scheduler, the scheduler informed me that an appointment could not be made until the parts for my recall were received. After waiting a couple of weeks for parts (that the Ford recall letter implied that the dealerships already had in hand), the scheduler informed me that they could not schedule an appointment for another month -- information she could have provided but IMHO neglectfully failed to provide at the initial call. A call to my salesman resulted in the service manager scheduling my car to get the recall completed before I needed to take the car on a trip. In other words, the dealership is responsive to customer concerns, but only if you elevate the issue. No way to run a customer-oriented business. They need to establish clear expectations upfront -- under promise and over deliver. I also had different people in the service department tell me exactly opposite things about their service process. When I asked who was the Service Manager -- the response was 'there are two -- which one?' Could be the reason for the inconsistent communication.

We were very unhappy, because they assured us that the truck would be ready first thing Tuesday morning, after the holiday. When we went to pick it up, they hadn't even touched it. Then they reassured us that it would be ready first thing Wednesday morning. I didn't appreciate that they weren't more accurate and also that they didn't bother to inform us of the scheduling problem.
