When you receive the estimate you will be given a target completion date.

They were very thorough in examining the car. Once they began the work and were able to see that there was more damage than was originally visible, they handled everything with the insurance company. It took a while to get the car back (12 days), but they did a great job. All the paint matched exactly, and everything looks perfect.

The RAM truck looks like brand new after the work they did. I saw no tape lines and they used an OEM replacement tail light. Definitely highly recommend and will use them again in the future.

They did an excellent job with the work. The quality was very good and the service was pretty fast and timely. I'd say the price was fair, but I didn't really compare it because it was covered by insurance. I went to them because of their reputation. They are very well known in this area as a company that does a good job.

They painted the car, replaced the lock and also repaired some nicks in the paint that was not caused by the incident. They are courteous, friendly and go out of there way to make you feel comfortable.
