They have excellent follow up. They review what the issue was with the car and they got back to us immediately with the price, the time, the repair, and it was done on time. They have a rental car right next door for convenience.

It was pretty close, it wasn't far to drive. We've been there a couple of times now as far as leased cars are concerned. The dealership is nice and friendly. It's my wife's choice, I stay out of it. She found the dealership quite friendly and comfortable and she was comfortable going there. She was confident that the salesperson was competent. So, she's been going there, this is our 2nd lease so about 6 years.
On the last lease, I would have tried to push the numbers down a bit. I think she had gained a confidence in the dealership and didn't try to push them down as much as I would have.
The service is quite fast and on time.

It went very well. I didn't have to spend a lot of time. I was out of there in less than 2 hours.

They were very efficient. I didn't have to wait half the day to get work done. They typically take about an hour and a half for all the services that I've listed

I actually lease my car from them, so they have all the records for it. They seemed really honest during the inspection. I could probably get an oil change cheaper though. My main purpose with them is to make sure everything gets done that needs to be done with my car. I do not drive much, but I just have to be careful. I would probably rate them a B because of one episode I had. I had a slow leak in two of my tires and I went there three different times for it. They never could figure it out. I took it somewhere else and it was all taken care of.
