Absolutely amazing... My home was broken into which required replacement of the glass in a large window. The service team was wonderful and sent someone out immediately to get measurements to replace the glass and ensure we had secured it enough for the moment. (I had already called several other places who were looking to schedule someone out a few days later) I honestly can not say enough about Johnny and Maria and their compassion and understanding as we worked through getting the repair done and easing my mind! Thank you!

Jason is a great salesman, but neglected to inform me of a few things that would have changed my decision on my windows. One window is now an uneven level on the inside because he didn't tell me it would be smaller to accommodate the brick mouldng on the exterior. It's sits next to another window so the levels look weird. He also failed to tell me That my existing inside mount blinds would no longer fit. How do you not tell the homeowner that? He did not tell me that a single hung window can only open from the bottom up, I expected the top down and I had no way of knowing that. I now have 2 single hung windows that open behind the bottom of a couch. I did not realize how much actual glass light I would be losing compared to the original windows, the framing is wide. The actual windows are good, the install was good, they were getting ready to leave when I pointed out a couple of issues, there was a mistake made on cutting my exterior aluminum flashing and they weren't going to say anything until I saw and mentioned it. They did come back and replace it. I was left with inches of drywall underneath my window to get patched and repaired myself. I called Jason the next day, he said he would call me back. He didn't. He was supposed to come meet me to discuss the window when the install guys came back to fix the flashing mistake, he didn't. He told the install guys to tell me to call the office and make an appt. lol, he missed the appt, he should call me! Three weeks later I spoke to someone at the office, they offered to try to fix the odd window, but my choice is an odd window on the inside, or an odd window on the outside. As three weeks already went by, my contractor had already patched and painted my drywall, which I paid for. I chose to take a credit of $400 which offset the drywall repair. But still have to spend more money on new blinds. Like I said, Jason is a GREAT salesman, but he omitted some information that would have affected my choices. I'm glad I did this on a 900 sq ft house, and not the 3000 sq ft house I'm about to do. I ended up dealing with a manager at the office, who was very understanding and reasonable. But unfortunately I would not use this company again because I was not given enough information to really make an informed decision. I understand that a salesman is there to push all the pros and no cons, I'm someone who appreciates all the real facts.
