He is rude and talks down to you. Rubs it in that he has a mechanical license and you don't. Pounding on my door and asking why my laundry room door is locked, which I have a right to lock. Totally annoyed that he has to be there and acts as if you don't know anything and he knows everything. Of course I don't have a license or I'd be doing the work myself, but he doesn't have to be so rude to my input and suggestions.
Description of Work: He's been to our home several times (at least 5 in the last 3 years) for many problems with our furnace. Our landlord hires him to do maintenance and repairs.

We set up an appointment and I called the day prior to the appt to confirm that I was still on his schedule. He confirmed that I was indeed on his schedule for the following day. He never showed up. When I called him, he said "I called this morning but you didn't answer so I went to the next job."

This company is great. I called on a Friday morning to get a quote to have a whole house humidifier installed. Kevin, the owner came out about an hour later to inspect the unit we prepurchased and our HVAC unit. Installation was scheduled for the next business day. Kevin was on time and the work was completed in the time frame that he said it would be completed. Kevin was very professional and trustworthy. I highly recommend Works Heating and will be using them for future repairs/maintenance.

Kevin came over to look at the old furnace, and agreed with me that because of its age needed to be replaced. Problem was it's located in the attic. Made the job more difficult than any other he has done. He knows all the codes necessary and his work past the township inspections.
Description of Work: Works H&A/C installed a new furnace.
