Entire process from first phonecall to completed work took 5 months! Asked for estimate for cost of everything to be repaired: Paid $500 to have it repaired, took them over 5 weeks (several calls to the business had us talking to a receptionist who always said they were too busy or that no one was available to assist us) and they brought it back broken! They didn't bother to see if it would cut grass when they were done; Talked to owner, who promised no pickup/delivery fee and he also promised free labor. 3 weeks later they called and quoted the price (another $300) which included labor cost; Reminded owner of promise who tried to defend the price w/labor saying that he's 54 and his memory isn't the best (i.e. they don't write anything down); Lots of back and forth and finally got him to ax the labor charge. Got it back and it's working but also noticed he included the $30 delivery fee. We didn't bother to argue with him again. Very poor overall experience!

Their prices are competitive. They take care of everyone in the community that has John Deere or other mowers. Their service and sales staff is fantastic. The owner is excellent with his customers and makes sure everything is done the right way. It is a friendly environment to go into. I would recommend them.
