Randy and his team are consummate professionals.  All the way from helping in picking the right product to perfect and impeccable installation service, they do a phenomenal job.  Also, their post-sale service is amazing.  Randy is available and responds immediately to concerns or questions.  He has also sent his service technicians to help with any issues immediately.  Telesis electronics is amazing to work with.

They always showed up on time and answered all my questions in detail and were very knowledgable. Being this was my first jump into the whole home control system and very apprehensive in spending allot of money on the project especially as we were already way over budget in building our new home. They explained how easily the system can be gradually scaled at our own pace and lifestyle. The key to us was they listened to our specific needs and did not try to oversell.
