+ 0 moreMy husband had an appointment set up for after work six months in advance, went in, and was told they cancelled his appointment. . Their billing practices are ineffecient..they would quote us different prices, would call and accost us for non payment, when we had already paid, and were all around unhelpful. I had to go in multiple times to have simple procedures (like getting a mold of my teeth done) because the staff screwed up over and over. The office is small, and the waiting room leaves no room for privacy, they discuss private patient information in front of other waiting patients. When we tried to address these issues, we were given attitude, and hung up on. The office staff is very rude and obnoxious.
Description of Work: Went to Hugh Hofner at sunrise dental because we got a new insurance and wanted to find a dentist that was close to home. At first the staff seemed friendly, and so did the dentist..he saw our entire family (me, husband, and daughter). I went in needing a root canal and two crowns..was told that I should have the crown put on prior to having a root canal, and in trusting this professional opinion, had him do the crown. (Six months later and a new dentist, I had to have an emergency root canal while in my second trimester of pregnancy) the root canal specialist said it was VERY apparent that I should have had the root canal prior to having a crown, and that putting a crown on just compromised its longevity. When he inspected the root...he found that Hofner left packing gauze and temporary filling inside the tooth that exascerbated the issue..and proved that he does VERY shoddy work.
