In both instances, Sam's responded immediately, and had a technician to my home within 24 hours.
'On the first occasion, I had 2 other companies out prior to calling Sam's. One told me that I would need to replace my boiler entirely. The other told me he had no idea how to fix my boiler.
Brent, from Sam's came in, went right to work, and knew exactly what he was doing.
He was very, very professional. He was very competant, and he completed the job in a little more than an hour.
The charges were very reasonable, especially given that he came on a Saturday in both instances.
Sam's is my only boiler repair company, period. I don't bother calling anyone else.

THEY WERE UP FRONT WITH US ABOUT THE PROBLEMS WITH OUR FURNACE. THEY TRIED TO SAVE US MONEY BY OFFERING TROUBLESHOOTING HELP OVER THE PHONE BEFORE THEY CAME TO CHECK OUT THE FURNACE.
