All my interaction with the company was very professional and courteous. The original scheduled date was bumped due to weather conditions which I was totally understandable and I had no issues with that.
I was not on site when the work was done, however, my neighbor gave me a good report that the crew was very careful and there were no issues in my absence.
I left a tarp on my driveway/lawn with the instructions to please leave the chipped wood on it.
When I arrived home, the chips were on the tarp and the trunks were cut down into smaller pieces. (Some of these trunk pieces were still big enough to either use as bonfire "chairs" so we definitely still need to cut them down smaller for burning).
Any time I called the office with any questions, they were always very helpful in answering all my concerns and making me feel at ease. I was very happy with the work and felt the price was fair -- I will definitely hire this company again in the future for my tree trimming needs.

I called for an estimate and the owner was at our house the next day. He gave me his quote for all the work requested and I said I would call him back. I called the next day and gave him my approval. He sent his crew out within and couple of days. They arrived at the designated time and completed all the work requested. They removed all clippings and used their mchipper to get rid of the dead tree. This dead tree was probably 50 feet up.
I would recommend this company to anyone who could use any of their services. This is a company with integrity and one who stands behing their word.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL AND CONSCIENTIOUS ABOUT WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY ARRIVED WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO AND WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE PRICE, CONSIDERING WHAT THEY HAD TO DO.
