Very prompt service and affordable.

Very well. They came right away although the weather was colder (by a lot) than they normally would work due to freezing lines, etc. We did have to pay an emergency fee but they also took a coupon.

Price was very competitive amongst others I checked and the service was great

Gary and his assistant arrived three hours into the four-hour window. The tank was a little tricky to find, but once they found it, things moved quickly. It was quite full. They asked repeatedly if I had any questions and kept me updated on the progress. Scheduler was a little prickly because I didn't know what equipment I had.

I have to post solely about customer service. I called to make an inquiry and the woman that answered the telephone was the rudest I've ever encountered. I asked some questions, at which she laughed at and acted like I was the dumbest person in the world for even asking. There was no actual customer service present as she inconvenienced and irritated with having to actually answer the telephone. Based on this alone, I would not work with this company. Too bad, as they are local and I was hoping to use them for an event in South Lyon.

Saw that my neighbor used them and realized I haven't had that done in 5 yrs. so I called them came out on the day that I asked. Gary was the person doing the service he was very nice answered any and all questions. Here less than an hour.
