I spoke with the plumbers ahead of time, so they knew exactly what was going on. They came when they were supposed to. Barely touched the sump pump, and then told me there was nothing else they could do. They didn't know anything else to do with it. When they were ready to leave, they tried to cut me a deal by paying with cash. I don't carry much cash, and was insulted by the main worker about not having enough cash on me to cover his discounted price. If you know that you can't do the work, be honest and tell me. I wasted money and time with these guys. Will never hire again.

They replaced a part of a rusty pipe that looked to me like it was about to let go that we discovered when we had some drywall removed. Workers were very friendly and polite and knew what they were doing. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Family Plumbing was great! We had a home warranty which they managed very well. I had originally called another plumber (from Angies list) which gave me a huge runaround about installing a sump in a crawl space with a little water in it (only near the sump). Family did not hesitate and came out the next day. This is the way a company should work! Will use Family in the future.
