ENVIRO-ASSIST

Used twice, the first time just an inspection for our primary home we were selling. Was 450.00 but they were prompt, provided the report in a timely manner. Was not expection any proplems. The second time, troubleshooting on a rental i was selling. The buyers sent out D&H Environmental, and they never dug a hole. Thye said the septic was on  the worng property. I have no idea how they discerned this. Then, I had another person out at a $450  cost who actually dug a hole, found the septic on the correct prooperty. They were only interested in replacing the field, however, and did not provide a report. FINALLY, i called Enviro-Assist, they dug, poked, uncovered, and FLAGGED everything. Looked at the pipes, tested the holding tanks, and gave me a "final answer" on what was going on. D&H caused me to lose the buyer. I had to re-list my home after 5 weeks off the market during prime selling time. I would never use anyone except Enviro-Assist again. Even if they cost a bit more, it is worth every penny to have peace of mind, and know you are getting a complete, comprehensive, honest report.
