BECKWAY DOOR

Jeff came out for the quote. He was very informative, but not pushy at all. He made recommendations based on our needs and did not push the most expensive option. Rather he suggested that we would probably be wasting money to go with a higher line door. We chose a middle of the road insulated door. Jeff went above and beyond when Costco made an error on the transaction. He had to go back to Costco to correct our member number which the Costco employee had entered wrong which resulted in us getting charged an unwarranted $110 member renewal fee. He even got 'scolded' by Costco when it wasn't his fault. We very much appreciated his effort. The installer, Dan (I hope I am remembering the right name) was very efficient and friendly. He did a great job on the install. We love our new Amarr Stratford 2000 door.

Andy came out and looked over the job and gave me an estimate. Suggested the color to match my house. He placed the order for my door and when it came in, we scheduled a time to install it. After installing the door, Dan was very helpful in showing me how to program it. I am very pleased with the job

Perfect. They were prompt, professional, and did an excellent job. Our doors look great!

Serviceman came out and evaluated door, needed to get some parts so had to reschedule to avoid additional service charge. Next appointment needed to be rescheduled due to large snow storm,but called to indicate this and came as scheduled with prior phone call next day to indicate time he would be there. He arrived within the time frame, completed the work in professional manner. Garage door is now in good working order. Price was as quoted on initial visit.

Temporary repairs were completed in March, 2013 and were done to make the garage door operational, Permanent repairs were performed on 8/8/2013 and done properly. Folks we called at Beckway as well as service technicians were prompt and professional. Work was completed as promised. Price appeared to be reasonable.

We purchased entry doors from Beckway door, the doors themselves are beautiful. The company sales representative, Jeff, is great, he is one of the main reasons we went with Beckway, Jeff explained that the doors they purchase from the manufacturer have a heavier gauge steel than those you can purchase at the big box stores, this was also a deciding factor for us. The installer is very passionate about his job and concerned for the quality of your door and his installation, I really liked him, although, he did almost give up in frustration on the installation of our french doors, the doorway was not quite square and he had the door installed but it was necessary to push the door at the bottom with your foot to get it closed, fortunately just then my brother arrived, he's a real do it yourselfer with lots of practice working with problems like this one, together they determined what the problem was, made some adjustments and the door was installed. We could not be happier with our doors.

I WASN'T VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THAT THEY PROVIDED. THE DOOR DOESN'T WORK RIGHT. I HAVE CALLED TO ASK THEM TO COME AND FIX IT, AND ALL THEY SAY IS THAT I HAVE TO MESS WITH THE EYE. IF I SPEND THE MONEY, I EXPECT GOOD SERVICES.
