It was really good. He explained everything and was very knowledgeable. He was very pleasant. He's definitely one of the better guys in the HVAC category.

After searching several installers, we decided to go with Alison Mechanical. I do not believe we could have made a better choice. They came out gave us an estimate, explained what each unit would do and the benefits of them. We made our choice of units, Bill and Bob came out and commenced to installing our new system.

I was impressed by the politeness and the professionalism of both employees. They completed their work in a timely fashion, cleaned up every bit of their work area. When they were finished Bill sat down and explained the warranty's and the proper operation of each unit as well as simple maintenance for them.

These guys are awesome!! I wish all contractors were this way.

When our heat went out, we called Alison Mechanical.  They showed up within 20 minutes and diagnosed the problem as most likely a faulty part.  They replaced the part and all was well.  Unfortunately the heat went out ago a week or so later and Alison showed right up, replaced the part again and there was no charge.  The heat went out a few days later and Alison finally diagnosed the problem as some sort of ice blockage in our vent.  Since the roof was super icy and full of snow, I didn't want anyone going up there to diagnose, so he showed me how to work around the issue should it happen again.  All for no charge.  When the heat went out again about two weeks later, his work around worked, so I was able to get it going again myself.  Once the ice and snow melted, the furnace worked fine, and we've had no repeat of it this season.  Just one of those fluke ice semi blockages that threw the pressure switch into fits when the wind blew a certain way.

The service representative was on time and called ahead to let me know what time he would be there. He was very respectful of my home when he came in by asking if he needed to remove his shoes. He was able to fix my air conditioner and explained in detail what was wrong. I had the same experience with this individual last winter when my furnace quit working. He showed up during a horrible snow storm so that I could have heat in the house. He just had to clean something and charge me only a nominal fee. So far, the furnace and air conditioner are still working fine. I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism and price of the visits.
