I dragged my feet all summer having this project done. The thought of paying someone $1000 labor seemed a lot to me or I could get 4 friends to help self-install it and take my chances.  But as I write this review today it was worth every penny to have 3 R do it. It took about 4 hours to install and fill the pool.  Best of all I have the piece of mind it was done right. The crew was very professional and knowledgeable. Best price I found for an in-ground pool liner replacement. Threw in several extra's at n/c which was nice. Start to finish was 1 week (waiting for liner) I would highly recommend 3R Pools

From start to finish 3R was more than happy to answer any questions I had. The staff at their South Lyon store were awesome. Installation went great, the guys were professional and quick and more than willing to answer any questions. My only complaint is that they could've been a little bit better with communicating when the installation took place. Due to weather factors, 3R wasn't positive when they were going to be installing. I didn't realize that they were at my house doing the install until they called to confirm the desired location of the pool. If we had been notified in advanced the yard would've been ready for them and we could've avoided having a sapling we were hoping to save plowed over by the excavator. This is the only reason that I did not give 3R all A's on this reviewl. Very happy with the pool and hope to enjoy it for many years to come.

I honestly do not remember all the steps from start to finish but overall it went very well.
Construction started on time and the team worked close to 10 hours. The owner or supervisor always kept me informed on their schedule and what steps to expect next.
One time a plumber (subcontracted) did not come on the day scheduled, but did come the next day.
There was a manufacturer defect with the water heater, I let them know and it was replaced and they sincerely apologized.
The owner was great at returning phone calls as well as being at the sight nearly every day. The crew were pleasant to have around.
The pool is beautiful and we will enjoy it for many summers to come.
I wish all contractors/builders were so great to work with.

I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THEM TO OTHERS. THE POOL WAS PUT UP PRETTY QUICKLY, CONSIDERING THE WEATHER WAS BAD MOST OF THE TIME. I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS FAIR. IT WAS A TOUGH JOB BECAUSE THE POOL WAS PUT UP ON A HILL.
