Mike had to check and tune-up our furnace that was located inside our crawl space. While this furnace is not in the ideal location Mike went down into the crawl space and performed his work. He wrote detailed information on the condition of my furnace which helps me know of any future repairs.

Mike came out promply and pressure checked the system and found there was no coolant. He came back a few days later (when he had more time available) and isolate the outside of the system from the inside to determine where the leak was. It was a coolant drying filter that had a small rust pinhole. He removed this and recharged the system and everything has been great. In taking the time to isolate the leak he saved us from having to get a new inside coil (around $400 + labor) or a new outside unit ($1200+)
