They are absolutely fantastic. We?ve been using them for the last three years. I need to call them and have them come and service our air conditioning unit.? We?re on a plan, so it?s like a yearly thing. We have them come in the Fall and do our heater and then in the Spring they come and do our A/C unit and our hot water heater. I want to say it's like $175 a year. If something were to happen to the heating unit, we?re to call the emergency line and we would get preferential treatment. They would come right out. They keep our part for our heater in stock so then they could replace it right away, so it?s actually pretty nice.? They are totally worth it [the price]. I actually just wrote it down on my list of stuff to do, to give them a call. I want to say we?ve been with them for the last 6 years, because I know that we used them when we were living in Mattawan as well. We usually have the same technician come into our house, so I feel safe having him in my home. They?re trustworthy, they do a great job, and any time they notice something that needs taken care of, they are very good at communicating that with us. They always have reasonable prices, so good deal. Last year we had them come out and service our air conditioning unit. Consistency keeps us going back there.
