I called and left a message, he called back within 15 minutes. He had an early morning appointment, but said he would be at my home by noon. He called at 11:15, to say he was on his way from TC. He did arrive shortly after noon, which was remarkable as there was a near whiteout snow between when he called and arrive for the normal 1/2 trip. Once he got here, he had the dryer apart, diagnosed the issue, had the replacement part in his van so was able to get us up and drying in only 30-40 minutes. Snow storm had cleared up, too! Professional, friendly and competent. I'd hire him for any other job and recommend him as well

He had the part on his truck and was immediately able to put the new part in. He was very knowledgeable and knew right away what was wrong with it. He looked at our dishwasher and come to find out we were using to strong of dishwasher detergent. The extra suds were causing an overflow of the drain pan. He could have said anything but he was honest and again knowledgeable.

It went really well! Mark was great and a lot of help. Told us everything we needed to know and didn't have a part on him but told my husband where to get it. And how to put the part on. Mark is awesome.

He fixed the original problem quickly! & Mark was firm about NOT continuing to fix additional minor issues, saying "save the money for when you might need to replace it--this other repair is not worth it." I LOVE that! He came about a half day after I called, and called a couple of times so I'd know when to expect him. And he worked incredibly fast.

Wonderful! He answered his phone on Sunday to take my call which impressed me. He asked several questions right there to kind of diagnose the problem in his mind and then we made a appointment for service. He arrived on time and went straight to work while answering any questions I had and telling me which brands he thought were more reliable if we ever needed to replace our unit. He replaced the electronic control board which he had on his truck and is the most expensive thing to replace I think and has checked on me a couple times to make sure everything is working fine because I was thinking the frig wasn't cold enough. He guarantees his work, is very efficient, very professional, and has a sense of humor and good personality to boot.

"This is a summary of how this service call went. I had arrived and started investigating the non cooling issue in the fresh food compartment of customers refrigerator along with heavy frost build up and some occasional noise that was not present at time of call. I had found ice all over the air damper. Had tried cycling it thru a diagnostic test and at first was unsuccessful. The customer had informed that she had cleaned the entire inside of the refrigerator while it was still running on a very humid day. She had caused the whole icing problem herself. I had melted all the ice as much as possible and discussed with her that the damper was now working intermittently and could not guarantee that it would keep working. I recommended that we replace the damper as well as her door switch that was sticking. Gave her an estimate of approx. $250 not several hundred and she gave me her approval. A few days later she had informed me that the fridge was working and did not want me to return. I had requested that I collect a fee for clearing up the issue and a restocking fee of the parts, she had agreed. Days later I get a nasty email complaining of my service and charge. To save face I just billed her a $70 trip charge and waived all other costs. As far as the supposed noise, I called her to discuss the review, she had told me that the noise has never come back and she never did call another repair service.. I am confused as to how she could complain about my service and fees yet states that she would use my services again.."

Mark made a real effort to get here (I'm in the boonies) ASAP. Was here in record time based on his other jobs. Determined my LG frig needed a new compressor but told me to call LG since the frig is only 4 yr old and the work could be done under warranty. No LG service was available to me so I told Mark to order a new compressor. He tried hard but it took a day to find a source and by that time (at his suggestion) I had started to research new refrigerators. Based on the time it would have taken to fix the old one, I decided to purchase new... In meantime, Mark was very good at staying in contact and I will certainly use him in the future when a need arises. BTW, I called on Sat and left a message. Mark called on Sunday to let me know his schedule and when I might expect him. He beat his estimate by a day..

He came the same day I called and was professional. Gave us approximate costs as he was working based on feedback he was getting on the appliance repair. Ended up in the middle of what he said it could cost. Also explained about the machine and if it needed or we wanted to replace it, what he would recommend buying in today's market. That was REA:L helpful as we are looking to get rid of the washer if it acts up again.

We had him come out to check on a broken dryer for my mother in law. He was prompt and courteous and didn't charge his customary fee for the house call.
