Adam was a nice person however there were multiple issues missed. Broken floor joists, mold in the attic and crawl space. Furnace was 32 years old not 13 like he stated in his report. He stated joists had water spots and evidence of rot, they are broken and need immediate replacement. Multiple professionals have been brought in to fix issues a month after they did inspection each person has stated inspector did not do his job, they all stated all he had to do was tell me to get a professional to take a look. Over 22,000 dollars worth of crawl space damage. Called them just to let them know about issues in hopes of them coming back out and taking a look, did not ask for anything and the owner was rude and stated they told us everything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I will willingly show anyone the report versus the quotes for just crawl space/ floor repair.

My real estate agent recommended him.  He was on time, very polite and personable.  He seemed thorough.  However, since moving into the house I've found several things he either missed or, at least didn't include on his report.  Some of them will end up costing me a fair amount of money to fix.

Was recommended by my real estate agent. Did a fairly thorough job but afterwards I found some things that he should have listed on his report. I feel like his loyalty was more to the real estate agent than to me, in that he just wanted to make the transaction go as smoothly as possible.

I was happy with his responsiveness and the report that he gave me .However, in the future, I will be more likely to hire my own inspector instead of one chosen by the real estate agent.
