S.A.H. Building and Remodeling is a licensed and insured residential and light commercial construction company. We have been in business for 17 years. I attended Delta college for there residential construction program. We take pride in our work, our goal is for every customer to want to refer us to friends,family and co-workers. Our estimates are always free. We have our own sub-contractors that we are confident in there abilities, and that stand behind there work. from start to finish your job will be handled with care , professionalism and respect for the client and there property.

"Job description: The member did the demolition in his bathroom,down to the sub-floor , studs, tub and he saved the ceiling. We where hired to insulate the exterior wall, replace a window,hang and finish the drywall on the walls , and skim coat the ceiling and walls. Install a new diverter for the shower,and a new shower surround. Install cement board,ceramic tile, grout and seal. Prime and paint walls and ceiling , two colors. Install vanity and connect plumbing. Install baseboard, window jamb and casing. There was also a change order thrown in , some baseboard in the dining room, living room , hallway and mud room. Great guy to work for,give us a call when your ready for the roof. Steve Hax"
