Eradico Services Inc

We have used Eradico in the past for basic maintenance, but after our most recent experience we are re-thinking the service.

The young man sprayed in the vicinity of the nest during the day; did not remove. Tech stated nests are not removed, though we were told the nest would be removed by Eradico. The nest is as active as it was the day it was sprayed. 

Returned for 2nd spray a week later with no results.

Took matters into own hands. Youtube gave great suggestions on how to handle the problem. Per suggestions I took a lot of precautions to ensure I didn't get stung. I put on hard shell winter jacket, snow pants, snow goggles and gloves. It was me & Tri-Die against the nest. First removed some rocks and then sprayed heavily. Waited a few minutes, there was some activity of other wasps trying to get back in the nest but unable to do so. Removed more rocks and sprayed again. Waited 10 minutes, removed a rock and there was a paper like structure that I covered with Tri-Die (in picture looks like white rock). Took a plastic garbage bag, scooped up and threw in Trash. It's been a few hours and there is zero activity near the pond by our deck.

Total cost of Tri-Die $22, time 30 minutes.

They are good and very prompt. They are doing the work monthly now and seem to do it on time. They have reasonable charges. I would rate them highly.

They were fine. They were friendly and seemed to do their job. They showed up on time. We didn't have any problems with pests after that. They were working on the house we moved in. The previous owners had used them. They just had a few more visits on their contract. They were always pleasant. We didn't pay them anything because it was already paid by the previous owners. They never did anything I didn't like. We would consider using them again in the future.

Eradico sent one of their people over to give us an estimate within a few days. He did a close inspection of the entire home then explained my options in great detail. He then went above and beyond in an attempt to try to minimize my cost for the whole process. I really felt that they were just not trying to make a buck. They seemed more concerned with providing a good service. I plan on using them in the future and in fact bought 2 years of advanced services from them as a result of my experience.

The inspection was performed while I was not present, but the report that came back was detailed and concise.
