+ -1 moreHe didn't go up onto the roof. He was just kind of wishy washy. He didn't want to do what we wanted. He wanted to do something different and I didn't like that. He just didn't have enthusiasm for the job. He wasn't up on all the new materials.

+ -1 moreThey came when they said they would and were on time everyday. They cleaned up after themselves and used some sort of a magnet to pick up all of the nails.
Description of Work: I used Sam Near Builders to take off my old roof and fix an area near my chimney that had been damaged.
