Jack of all trades, I can truly do it all. Painting, laminate & vinyl Flooring, Kitchen & Bathroom remodels, Decks, Pole Barns, Roof & siding repairs, windows & door replacement, trim work. I've been flipping houses as a hobby since the housing crash in 2008, though-out this I have and still do manage several several rental properties. I generally prefer to buy myself the tool to do the job rather then hiring it out. I'm very well equipped and knowledgeable. I take pride in doing a job I can be proud of and I enjoy seeing people make a home out of something I contributed towards. I also happen to be a licensed realtor, so if your thinking of fixing your home to sell, I can not only help you with the repairs, the sale of your house, but I can offer advice where to get the best return on investment.
