Save yourself a lot of grief, he was unprofessional, extremely poor workmanship, unreliable, rude and disrespectful, etc. I had to pay someone to fix many errors for tile installation including replacing entire shower pan, the water did not go down the drain, it sat in pools of water. He did not have a clue how to install tile correctly, and he had a bad attitude to go with it. In fact when I told him he needed to finish the job he repled, and I quote: "oh yea, or what?" I had to have the entire bathroom repainted, he didn't replace the shower hardware, when I asked where the hardware that I purchased was he had to retrieve it from his garbage. Perhaps he thought I wouldn't notice, I'm not sure. But I do know that I could not wait for him to get out of my house. It was a horrible experience.
