Dawn To Dusk Cleaning Service

if I could give this rating a negative 10, I would over and over again. I hired this company as my very first “cleaning company”. When they sent someone out for the very first clean, not only did she not finish half of the things on their checklist they give them (& because your first is a “deep cleaning” only and costed me just under $400!!! not going to sugar coat or lie. I was very upset by it. but I’m not someone who finds it easy to call and complain like that. well while their cleaner was here she also and within the first let’s say 15 minutes of being in my home, suggested and said that she would be willing to clean my house just the same for less than half of what the company was charging me on the side. AKWARD! And she kept mentioning it, she was a big talker. it put me in a very funny situation. not only feeling bad! but also feeling pushed into doing it the way she kept telling me. I’m not gonna lie. I did reach it to her once to clean my house. Considering she was texting my personal phone on and off almost three entire weeks straight! after a few days honestly I felt ashamed I felt pushed into it. so I contacted the company themselves. Explained. and said how sorry I was and the truth about how she cleaned my house for the $400 deep cleaning I received. The owners were out of town apparently. after a few months honestly calls playing phone tag it was a total of three weeks before “Dawn Winter” actually and after being reminded more than once to contact me please. they did nothing but lie to me ab it the emails I had sent them. the entire proof of what I did and didn’t say are in those, clearly. I was also told when we discuss this we will come up with a solution. I was immediately called many names. I also was changed in their systems to being a Solicitor!!! And after waiting and not just hiring another company, they dropped me as a client. Yet still somehow kept mentioning new things to discuss to help themselves. I spent over an HOUR! On the phone with them. “Oh! We are sorry but you are soliciting OUR company!” I absolutely cannot warn you enough for a completely dishonest and cheating company. I would NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! BEWARE!!!

Both technicians were poor cleaners. This was suppose to be a deep cleaning. I recleaned our entire home when they left. A tech spilled 4 gallons of dirty water on our living room carpet. They had no way of cleaning it up. I got beach towels, which I had to wash after. Now have to get living room carpet cleaned due to smell. No floors were washed. Not all dusting was complete. Poor cleaning of kitchen, living room or bathrooms. One of the techs was being trained, yet I had to pay for that. It was an awful experience. They should be paying me for damage to our home

We love this service we have used them for several months and they are friendly and on time and always do a great job

I wasn't very happy at the end because they kept leaving my hardwood floors; they weren't doing them. I called and left a message on the owner's machine the last time to call me back, because I hadn't been at home when they were here. It didn't look like they had touched one of the bathrooms and the other one, the floor was all streaked. She didn't bother calling me back ever. Since she didn't return my phone calls, they didn't show up the next time that they were supposed to come. So I'm not giving them a good rating and even for their customer service. Their crew was very friendly but the owner kept changing them. She told me about the particular crew that Iand lsquo;m going to have every single month. Then she started getting new people in and she started sending the new people, and that's when I started having problems with the new people. Some of the work was of good quality and some were bad.

The girls the send are very good. Whatever needs to be cleaned, they will do.
