"If the drain is in the house, we have always replaced the cap after the winterization is complete. This does not cause any issues as the amount of water left behind is so small it cannot do any damage. The only times we leave it off is if the homeowner requests it be left off. Our company has never had any issues arise from replacing the cap after the system has been drained. In the future if this is something you want done, please just request with the workers or when you make the appointment. If you have any questions, please ask us and we will ensure you are properly informed to help avoid any future miscommunication."

"We apologize for any unprofessional behavior you had dealt with. Prior to speaking with you, our owner was told that based on the looks of the coupon and with no knowledge of Angie's list providing such a coupon, they were under the impression it was a fake being used to get free service out of him, which understandable had him heated. (We know now it was a miscommunication between Angie's list, ourselves, and you, and do apologize. We are currently working on getting everything sorted out with Angie's list so that nothing of this sort happens again). If you ever need help in the future, please call the office and ask for Ken.
